Empowering Smallholder Farmers
Southeast Asia is home to a young and growing population of some 600 million people across ten countries. The region is experiencing high economic growth, however, the new found prosperity is not distributed equally. Large parts of the population live in rural areas dominated by agriculture as their primary income where economic development is lagging behind.
Smallholder farmers often lack access to quality seeds, fertile land, or working capital to purchase fertiliser. This leads to low yields or poor quality output. They also often lack access to sales channels that would give them reliable, time-efficient off-take at attractive prices.
At Camega3 we have identified smallholder farmers in ASEAN as an untapped potential. We offer solutions to them how they can reduce uncertainty, lift their income and gain access to international markets.

Improving Soil and Climate
Southeast Asia is home to some of the most productive land on the planet. Thailand is one of the largest exporters of rice in the world, and Vietnam produces 40% of the world’s Robusta coffee. Some parts of Southeast Asia allow up to four harvests per year.
However, in parts of Southeast Asia land falls into disuse after all minerals and nutrients have been depleted, or the soil microbiome has been seriously damaged or destroyed. In other parts of Southeast Asia illegal logging exposes the top soil to erosion and turns areas that were once fertile into barren land. Climate change manifests itself across Southeast Asia where peaks in temperature, wind, rainfall and droughts exceed previous records with increasing frequency.
At Camega3 we have identified under-utilised or degraded agricultural land in ASEAN as an untapped potential. We offer solutions that reverse degradation and erosion.

Building a Bio-Circular Economy
Camega3 is part of a multi-platform consortium of companies that are connecting Vietnam’s agricultural production base with European technology, circular materials, digital traceability, processing infrastructure, and sustainable finance with international and local expertise.
The portfolio combines projects of different sizes and development stages, from a 60,000 hectare cacao value-chain concept and a 22,000 hectare coffee platform to specialist technology, materials, bio-input, micro-credit and export finance programs.
At Camega3 we offer solutions that turn waste into incremental income and help bringing the planet back into a sustainable balance.

Creating Transparency and Traceability
Customers increasingly ask questions about the products before they buy: Is it safe to use or to consume? Do the producers receive a fair compensation for their hard work? Does making it pollute or damage the environment?
At Camega3 we are committed to providing transparency to our customers. To this end, we adhere to prevailing international compliance standards when exporting our products to other countries and regions through our platforms and sales channels.
With Camega3, our customers can rest assured that the products we offer are safe, that our local partners received a fair compensation for their hard work, and that they can be traced back to the geo-location of the producer for a fully traceable supply chain.

Committing to Product Accountability
At Camega3 we are committed to full accountability for our products and services. To put this commitment into practice, our products and services are certified according to internationally recognised standards applicable to each industry in question. Certification also serves the purpose of opening international markets and allowing farmers to climb up the value chain. Certification standards includes:

- ISO 22000 for edible products,
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP),
- British Retail Consortium (BRC) Standards,
- Pharmaceutical Inspection Co-operation Scheme (PIC/S),
- EU Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP),
- Good Laboratory Practices (GLP),
- ESG, CSRD, EUDR, IFRS S1, S2, S3.
Specifically for some of our products:
- Biodiesel standards EN 14214, ISO 8217:2024, ASTM D6751,

Advancing Sustainability
At Camega3, sustainability is central to our business model. We connect agricultural resources, local processing, and market opportunities to build a commercially viable bio-circular economy that supports farmers and uses resources responsibly.
Our decentralised Sustainer model brings oilseed expelling and refining closer to the source of raw materials. Its design supports shorter transport routes and greater participation by farmers and local entrepreneurs in value-added processing. Biofuel and fertiliser production form the foundation of this approach, creating complementary revenue opportunities from plant oils and processing by-products.
Circularity guides how we develop our products and services. We focus on productive uses for agricultural resources, with quality, safety, and commercial viability shaping each application. Responsible sourcing, soil health, and biodiversity are integral considerations in the development of our operations and partnerships.
Accountability underpins our sustainability commitments. Energy use, greenhouse gas emissions, by-product utilisation, and farmer livelihoods are the key areas against which we define progress. Our approach emphasises measurable performance, traceability, and transparent communication, with environmental claims supported by appropriate evidence.
Internationally recognised sustainability standards help translate our commitments into clear priorities and meaningful measures of progress. Drawing on the GRI Standards and IFRS S1 and S2, our approach connects environmental and social responsibility with business performance, giving farmers, partners, and investors a shared basis for understanding the value we create.
